腦瘤手術後

1. Pathology proven anaplastic astrocytoma or glioblastoma multiforme.
2. No distant metastasis.
3. Age >16 years old. <70 years
4. Performance status < 3, ECOG.
5. Adequate hematology function: Granulocyte>1500/mm³; Platelet>100,000/mm³
6. Adequate renal function, Creatinine < 1.5.
7. No concurrent other primary cancer except skin squamous cell or basal cell carcinoma.
8. Women at pregnancy or lactation are ineligible.
9. No active infection or concurrent major systemic disease. (eg. Psychology; end stage renal disease; heart failure [NYHA class III], liver cirrhosis Child C, chronic respiratory distress; AIDS)
10. No prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
    

TREATMENT PLAN

1. Patient will be registered in the Protocol Data Management System.
2. Surgery.
3. Radiation therapy.
4. Chemotherapy.
   1. Two week after surgery, patients will be given the chemotherapy concurrent with radiation.
   2. Post radiation chemotherapy
   3. The chemotherapy will be repeated every 6 weeks times 3 cycles
